To help us process your renewal faster, please upload a photo of your current odometer reading. If you're unable to provide one now, we'll request it before your renewal is finalized.

Please list all household members and employees, even if they rarely drive your vehicles. Also include anyone outside your household who drives your vehicle 12 or more times per year. Include their driver's licence number and date of birth.

If you drive fewer than 15,000 km annually, you could be eligible for a discount on your ICBC optional insurance.

If you earn more than $122,500 in gross annual income and don't have income replacement coverage through your employer or another provider, you should consider adding ICBC Income Top-Up Coverage to help protect your income after a crash.

Your privacy is important to us. Capital West Insurance Services is committed to protecting your personal information.

By providing your consent, you agree to receive and send personal information, insurance documents, and, if applicable, banking information by email. Please read and understand the following:

1. Email is not always secure. While we take reasonable precautions, email communications may be intercepted, accessed, altered, or shared without your permission. For your protection, we recommend deleting emails containing sensitive information once they are no longer needed.

2. Data storage. Depending on your email provider, your emails and attachments may be stored on servers located outside of Canada.

3. Deleted emails. Even if you delete emails from Capital West Insurance Services, copies may still exist in backups, on your devices, or on your email provider's servers.

4. Policy confirmation. Once your transaction has been completed, we will email your policy documents to you. ICBC requires you to reply to that email to confirm that you have reviewed and accepted your policy terms. Instructions for confirming your acceptance will be included in the email.
